摘　　要：作为混合材使用的粉煤灰的细度不仅通过影响粉煤灰品质来影响水泥质量,还对系统产量有影响;对粉煤灰烧失量不加控制,一定会影响水泥成品的标准稠度需水量;SO_(3)质量分数超过3.0%的粉煤灰作混合材使用,不仅影响水泥安定性,还会延长水泥的凝结时间;脱硫粉煤灰作为混合材使用,掺加量应控制不超过8%;脱硝粉煤灰用于水泥生产,必须控制铵离子含量不大于200 mg/kg。The fineness of fly ash used as mixtures not only affects the quality of cement by affecting the quality of fly ash,but also affects the output of the system.Uncontrolled loss of fly ash will definitely affect the standard consistency water requirement of cement products.Using fly ash with sO,mass fraction over 3.0%as admixture will affect the stability of cement and prolong the setting time of cement.Desulfurized fly ash is used as an admixture,and the mixing amount should be contolled within 8%.When denitrifying fly ash is used in cement production,the ammonium ion content must be controlled to be no more than 200 mg/kg.
