摘  要:高精度的光学时频技术在下一代卫星导航、高通量通信、微波-激光时频同源、空间引力波探测、科学研究等领域具有广泛的应用需求,而光学频率梳是其中必不可少的核心技术之一。本文主要介绍了基于“9”字腔锁模激光器的全保偏光学频率梳光学部分的研制进展。理论上建立了反射型和透射型两种情况下非互易相移器的数学模型,实验上搭建了基于非线性环形腔镜锁模激光振荡器,并通过两级放大、光谱展宽以及共线型f-2f探测,获得了信噪比约为35 dB的载波包络频率,为光纤光学频率梳的建立奠定了基础。High precision optical time&frequency technology has a wide range of application in the next generation of sa tellite naviga tion,high-throughput communica tion,microwa ve-laser coherence linking,space gravitational w ave detection,scientific research and other fields,and optical frequency comb is one of:the essential core technologies.This work mainly introduces the development of the optical part of the frequency comb based on the figure-of-9 mode-locking laser.In theory,the mathematical models for nonreciprocal phase shifter in two cases of reflection type and transmission type are established,respectively,In the experiment,a mode-locking laser based on nonlinear amplify loop mirror has been constructed.Finally,the carrier envelope frequency with a signal-to-noise ratio of about 35 dB is obtained after two stage amplifica tion,spectral broadening and collinear f-2f detection,which lays a foundation for the establishment of optical fiber frequency comb.
