摘  要:针对酸性含铜溶液中砷的固化问题,采用常压臭葱石沉砷法在Fe(Ⅱ)-As-SO^(2)_(4)溶液体系中固砷。研究了不同初始铜离子浓度、反应温度和溶液初始pH值条件下,铜离子对沉淀物晶形、组分及稳定性的影响。结果表明:初始铜离子浓度在10~20 g/L时均可以合成出臭葱石晶体,提高初始铜离子浓度对臭葱石晶体形貌和稳定性的影响不明显,但臭葱石颗粒尺寸有变小的趋势。当初始铜离子浓度为10 g/L,反应温度为60~80℃时,得到的沉淀物多呈小颗粒团聚体,达到85℃及以上时才能够生成双锥状臭葱石晶体。提高反应温度,会增加臭葱石沉淀中砷、铁、铜的含量,并能提高臭葱石的稳定性。溶液初始pH值在0.7~1.2时可以得到双锥状臭葱石晶体。提高溶液初始pH值,会降低臭葱石沉淀中砷和铁的含量,增加臭葱石沉淀中铜的含量,并降低臭葱石稳定性。Aiming at the problem of arsenic solidification in acid copper-containing solution,arsenic was solidified in Fe(Ⅱ)-As-SO^(2)_(4) solution system by atmospheric pressure scorodite arsenic precipitation method.The effects of copper ions on the crystal shape,composition and stability of the precipitates were studied under the conditions of different initial copper ion concentrations,reaction temperature and initial pH value of the solution.The results show that the initial copper ion concentration in the range of 10-20 g/L could synthesize the scorodite crystals,and the effects of increasing the initial copper ion concentration on the morphology and stability of scorodite crystals were not obvious,but the size of scorodite particles tended to become smaller.When the initial copper ion concentration was 10 g/L and the reaction temperature was 60—80℃,the precipitates obtained were mostly in the form of small particle agglomerates,and the biconical scorodite crystals could be produced only when the reaction temperature reached 85℃and above.The increase of reaction temperature increased the content of arsenic,iron and copper in the scorodite precipitate and could improve the stability of scorodite.When the initial pH value was in the range of 0.7—1.2,biconical scorodite crystals could be obtained.The increase of initial pH decreased the content of arsenic and iron in scorodite precipitation,increased the content of copper in scorodite precipitation,and decreased the stability of scorodite.
