摘  要:为减少或避免瓦斯爆炸灾害的发生,降低人员伤亡和财产损失,等比例搭建了中尺度瓦斯爆炸激波管道实验系统,用于气体、两相爆炸和爆轰传播现象及其机理研究,以及模拟和研究煤矿、化工等工业工程的复杂燃烧和爆炸现象。本文通过对中尺度瓦斯爆炸激波管道实验系统进行初步调试,得到宏观测量的压力、火焰信号数据,以及微观测量的激光纹影图像,通过对调试结果进行综合分析,验证本系统得到的实验数据有效可靠,并且有助于对瓦斯爆炸过程进行充分的认识与研究。In order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of gas explosion disasters,reduce casualties and property losses,a mesoscale gas explosion shock pipeline experimental system has been built in equal proportion,which is used to study the phenomena and mechanisms of gas,two-phase explosion and detonation propagation,as well as to simulate and study the complex combustion and explosion phenomena in coal mine,chemical industry and other industrial projects.In this paper,through the preliminary debugging of the mesoscale gas explosion shock pipeline experimental system,the macro measured pressure,flame signal data and the micro measured laser schlieren image are obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of the debugging results,it is verified that the experimental data obtained by the system is effective and reliable,and it is helpful to fully understand and study the gas explosion process.
