摘 要:煤层瓦斯含量作为瓦斯综合治理的重要基础参数,其测定的准确性直接影响瓦斯治理的整体效果,当前煤层瓦斯含量测定技术普遍存在测定时间长、测定结果不够精确的问题。本文通过实验研究及文献分析得出当前煤层瓦斯含量直接测定技术中影响测定准确性的主要原因,改进完善了直接测定煤层瓦斯含量装置。该装置由瓦斯解吸系统和解吸气体测定系统两部分组成,瓦斯解吸系统实现了煤样从取出到粉碎的全程密闭,减少瓦斯损失;解吸气体测定系统对瓦斯解吸过程信息自动采集,实现对数据自动曲线分析计算,计算出瓦斯损失量及残存量,对计算结果进行储存和实时显示;运用SPSS软件对实验数据进行拟合,确定了该装置瓦斯损失量的计算公式。该装置提高了瓦斯含量测定的准确性和时效性,增强了瓦斯综合治理及灾害预测的实时性、可视性、交互性和灵活性。As an important basic parameter of gas comprehensive control,the accuracy of coal seam gas content measurement directly affects the overall effect of gas control.At present,the determination technology of coal seam gas content has the problems of long determination time and inaccurate determination results.In this paper,through experimental research and literature analysis,the main reasons affecting the accuracy of the current direct determination technology of coal seam gas content are obtained,and the device and technology of direct determination of coal seam gas content are improved and perfected.The device is composed of two parts:a gas desorption system and a desorption gas measurement system.The gas desorption system realizes the whole sealing of coal samples from extraction to crushing and reduces gas loss.The desorption gas measurement system can automatically collect the law information of gas desorption,realize automatic curve analysis and calculation of data,calculate the amount of gas loss and residual stock,and store and display the calculation results in real-time.SPSS software is used to fit the experimental data,and the calculation formula of gas loss is determined.The device improves the accuracy and timeliness of gas content determination and enhances the real-time,visibility,interaction,and flexibility of gas comprehensive control and disaster prediction.
