色母料与涂塑相纸色调初探

摘  要:本文通过对涂塑相纸的色调与色母料进行了一些研究,得到了如下结果:(1)决定涂塑纸基色调的是涂塑层;(2)决定涂塑层色调的是白母料,白母料的遮盖率越高越好,越高的遮盖率意味着越高的L值,同时也意味着可以降低光在涂塑纸基上的漫反射。通常白母料会引起b值的上升(偏黄),但它决定了涂塑纸基的L值,决定了涂塑纸基的基本性能,因此需要加入蓝色去调整白母料带来的不利影响;(3)加入蓝母料调整涂塑层的b值,不同的蓝母料对色调有着的不同影响;(4)加入红母料调整涂塑层的a值,不同的红母料对色调有不同影响。通过模型可以得到在达到控制指标L*>90;a*:-0.39±0.36;b*:-5.7±1.0,A红B兰在22μm时能够达到,而B红B兰则需要淋膜的厚度为31μm左右才能达到。因此A红B兰的组合为最优组合。This paper conducts some research on the hue and color masterbatches of coated photo paper.The following results were obtained:(1)the coating layer is determined by the base tone of the plastic coated paper;(2)the color of the coating layer is determined by the white masterbatch,the higher the coverage rate of the white masterbatch,the higher the coverage rate means the higher the L value,and it also means that the diffuse reflection of light on the plasticized paper base can be reduced.Usually,white masterbatch will cause the rise of b value(yellowish),but it determines the L value of the coated paper base,determines the basic properties of the plastic coated paper base,so it is necessary to add blue to adjust the adverse effects of white masterbatch.(3)add blue masterbatch to adjust the b value of the coating layer,different blue masterbatch has different effects on the tone;(4)add red masterbatch to adjust the a value of the coating layer,different red masterbatches have different effects on the tone.Through the model can be obtained in the reach of the control indicator L*>90;a*:-0.39±0.36;b*:-5.7±1.0,A red Blan can be achieved at 22µm,while B red Blan needs to be coated with a thickness of about 31µm to achieve.Therefore,the combination of A red B orchid is the optimal combination.
