摘  要:射线检测是无损探伤重要的技术手段之一,工业X射线胶片系列化产品用以满足不同厚度、不同材质工件内部缺陷的检测。高反差、高清晰度的影像质量以及底片信息不可更改的特性使X射线探伤技术在工业快速发展、效率高速提升的当今社会中仍发挥着不可替代的作用。底片质量是胶片系统和拍摄工艺从人、机、料、法、环、测等6方面综合作用的结果。胶片系统是胶片与胶片冲洗条件的组合,胶片制样、冲洗都在暗室环境下进行,暗室处理技术贯穿整个加工过程,如果处理不当必然影响底片质量,甚至造成误评,误判,给使用者带来不同程度的经济损失甚至人身伤害。结合成像原理从工作实际出发不仅对通用暗室处理技术做了较为全面的整理,而且对暗室常见问题提出了具体有效的改善方案,对暗室加工处理能起到有效的指导作用。X-ray testing is one of the important technical means of nondestructive testing.Industrial X-ray film serialization products are used to detect internal defects of workpieces of different thickness and materials.X-ray flaw detection technology is still playing an irreplaceable role in today's society with rapid industrial development and high efficiency due to its high contrast,high definition image quality and unchangeable film information.The quality of film is the result of the comprehensive action of film system and shooting process from six aspects:human,machine,material,method,environment,and test.Film system is a combination of film and film development conditions.Film sample preparation and development are carried out in the darkroom environment.Darkroom processing technology runs through the whole process.In this paper,based on the principle of imaging,the general darkroom processing technology is not only comprehensively collated,but also specific and effective improvement schemes are put forward for common problems in darkroom,It can play an effective guiding role in darkroom processing.
