摘 要:溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有光学性能好、润湿性佳、干燥速度快、易于加工等特点。实验采用丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等单体,通过自由基共聚的方法,制备了耐热型超低剥离力保护膜压敏胶,并利用红外、核磁、拉力机、持粘力测试仪对产品进行了表征,发现丙烯酰胺加入量1%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入量1.5%,得到的产品剥离力小于15 g/25 mm,耐温180℃无残胶。Solvent-based acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive has perfect optical properties,googwettablity,fast drying speed and easy processing.Isooctyl acrylate,butyl acrylate,acrylamide,hydroxyethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate and other monomers were used to prepare heat-resistant ultra-low peel strength protective film pressure sensitive adhesive by free radical copolymerization.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,tensile machine and adhesion tester.It was found that when the amount of acrylamide was 1%and the amount of methyl methacrylate was 1.5%,the peel strength of the product was less than 15 g/25 mm,and there was no residual adhesive at 180℃.
