水性粘合剂在印刷相纸中的应用研究

摘　　要：分别采用聚丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯乳液、丁苯胶乳、丙烯酸共聚乳液4种类型的水性粘合剂制备了印刷相纸,研究了水性粘合剂类型对相纸光泽度、印刷均匀性以及影像保持率的影响。结果表明:选用丙烯酸共聚乳液粘合剂制备的印刷相纸具有合适的光泽度、印刷均匀无白点、影像保持率大于98%,达到了印刷机的影像级输出要求。The four types of water-based adhesives including polyacrylic acid emulsion,polyurethane emulsion,styrene-butadiene latex and acrylic copolymer emulsion were used for the preparation of photographic grade printing papers.And the influence of different water-based adhesives on the gloss,printing uniformity and ink adhesion of the printing paper was studied.The results show that the printing paper prepared by using acrylic copolymer emulsion has the characteristics of suitable gloss,uniform printing without white spots,and ink adhesion of more than 98%,which meets the image level output requirements of the digital press.
