摘　　要：建立了ICP-OES测定硫代硫酸铵样品及亚硫酸氢铵样品中硒元素含量的方法。方法使用选取影像材料科技硫酸亚铁铵和亚硫酸氢铵各3批样品,分别取原液进行稀释,取5.0毫升原液稀释到100毫升。并进行重复性与再现性检测,分两次取两种样品的三批次进行平行实验。标准曲线线性良好,每次六批样品的六次数据精密度及重复性较好,两次的重复试验数据对比发现再现性良好,因此建立的硒元素含量检测方法可行。A method for the determination of selenium in ammonium thiosulfate and ammonium bisulfite samples by ICP-OES was established.Methods Three batches of samples of ammonium thiosulfate and ammonium bisulfite were used to dilute the original solution from 5.0 ml to 100 ml.Repeatability and reproducibility were tested,and three batches of two samples were taken in two times for parallel experiment.The standard curve has good linearity,and the precision and repeatability of the six times data of six batches of samples are good.The comparison of the data of two repeated tests shows that the reproducibility is good.Therefore,the established selenium content detection method is feasible.
