摘 要:实际震害中孤立型地震发生概率较低,主震发生后大部分伴随多次余震。考虑框架屈服顺序依次为梁翼缘、柱、节点角钢,设计制作3榀半刚性节点PEC柱-型钢梁框架,完成首次低周往复荷载试验,研究其抗震性能。对满足“强节点、弱构件”的KJ-3框架拆除钢梁后的两根PEC柱进行第2次低周往复荷载试验,展开PEC柱在重复地震作用下的抗震性能对比分析。试验结果表明:梁柱节点增设腹板连接角钢时,梁截面充分参与传力,可改善结构整体工作性能。PEC柱在经历重复地震作用时,承载能力有一定程度降低,但强度退化稳定,耗能性能良好,破坏层间位移角均大于“大震不倒”弹塑性层间位移角限值1/50的要求。研究成果可为梁柱半刚性节点性能优化及PEC组合柱的应用提供试验依据。The probability of isolated earthquakes in actual damage is lower,and most of the aftershocks are accompanied by multiple aftershocks.In this paper,considering that the yield compliance of the frame is the beam flange,column,and joint angle in sequence,a PEC column-section steel beam frame with three semi-rigid joints is designed and manufactured,and the first low-cycle reversed load test is conducted to study the seismic performance.The second low-cycle reversed load test is carried out on the second PEC columns after the steel beams are removed from the KJ-3 frame meeting the requirements of"strong joint weak component",and the seismic performance comparison analysis of the PEC columns under the action of complex earthquakes is carried out.Experimental results indicate that adding web plate connection angle steel and beam cross-section to participate in transmission force can improve the overall performance of the structure to achieve the"strong joint weak component"seismic design goal.The PEC column experiences repeated seismic effect,the carrying capacity and initial stiffness are reduced,but the strength degradation is stable,and the energy dissipation performance is good,the damage between the inter-story drift is greater than the 1/50 limit of the elastic-plastic inter-story drift limit when"large earthquake does not fall."After repeated earthquakes,it still has good seismic performance.The research results can provide the experimental basis for the performance optimization of beamcolumn semi-rigid joints and the application of PEC composite columns.
