摘 要:预应力波纹腹板开孔组合梁力学性能不同于普通平腹板开孔组合梁。为研究腹板开孔对预应力波纹钢-混凝土组合梁抗火性能的影响,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对该类组合梁在高温作用下的力学性能进行非线性有限元分析,重点考察了预应力波纹腹板开孔组合梁的内力、跨中挠度以及破坏模式,并对其耐火性能进行了参数研究。结果表明:孔洞所在截面波纹腹板剪应力呈非均匀分布,临界状态时,该截面腹板基本丧失抗剪能力。预应力波纹腹板组合梁纯弯区开孔时,其破坏模式与无孔组合梁一致,均为弯曲破坏,孔洞基本不影响其跨中挠度与耐火性能;在剪弯区开孔时,组合梁因孔洞截面波纹腹板在45°方向发生剪切屈曲形成塑性铰而破坏,延性较差。在荷载比相同、孔洞均位于剪弯区的情况下,与无孔组合梁相比,开圆孔和开方孔的组合梁跨中最大挠度分别降低65%、71%,临界温度分别降低16%、20%;孔洞越靠近支座、距离钢梁上翼缘越近或开孔尺寸越大的组合梁,耐火性能越差。The mechanical properties of prestressed corrugated web perforated composite beams are different from those of ordinary flat web perforated composite beams.In order to study the effect of web openings on the fire resistance of prestressed corrugated steel-concrete composite beams,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to carry out nonlinear finite element analysis on the mechanical properties of such composite beams under high temperature,focusing on the investigation of prestressed corrugated webs.The internal force,mid-span deflection and failure mode of the perforated composite beam,and its fire resistance performance is studied.The results show that the shear stress of the corrugated web of the section where the opening is located is non-uniformly distributed,and in the critical state,the web of this section basically loses the shear resistance.When the prestressed corrugated web composite beam is perforated in the pure bending area,its failure mode is the same as that of the imperforate composite beam,both of which are bending failure,and the openings basically have no effects on mid-span deflection and fire resistance of the beam;The corrugated web of the opening cross-section undergoes shear buckling in the 45°direction to form a plastic hinge and fail,and the ductility is poor.Under the strip with the same load ratio and the openings are all located in the shear-bending zone,compared with the composite beam without openings,the maximum mid-span deflection of the composite beam with circular openings and square openings is reduced by 65%and 71%,respectively,and the critical temperature is reduced by 16%and 20%,respectively;The closer the opening is to the support,the closer to the upper flange of the steel beam,or the larger the opening size of the composite beam,the worse the fire resistance.
