摘 要:土地作为基本的工业生产要素和一切工业生产活动的载体,土地资源错配势必会对工业能源效率产生重要影响。基于能耗和产值视角,用系统GMM方法和两阶段最小二乘法从城市层面实证分析土地资源错配对工业电力强度的影响,结果显示:土地资源错配对工业电力强度具有显著的正向作用,这种正向作用在人均GDP较高、环境规制力度较强和人口规模较大的城市相对较小;从机制检验来看,土地资源错配可以通过抑制城市技术创新来提高工业电力强度。应进一步推进土地配置市场化改革,多渠道加强对技术创新的支持力度,为工业电力强度的降低营造良好的外部环境。Land is a basic factor of industrial production and the carrier of all industrial production activities, land resources misallocation is bound to have an important impact on industrial energy efficiency. Based on the perspective of energy consumption and output value, this article empirically analyzes the impact of land resource misallocation on industrial power intensity at the urban level by using the systematic GMM method and the two-stage least square method. The findings are as follows: The land resources misallocation has a significant positive effect on industrial power intensity, this positive effect is relatively small in cities with high per capita GDP, strong environmental regulations, and larger population size;From the perspective of mechanism testing, the land resources misallocation can improve industrial power intensity by inhibiting urban technology innovation. It is recommended to further promote the market-oriented reform of land configuration, strengthen support for technological innovation by multi-channel and create a good external environment for the reduction of industrial power intensity.
