摘 要:以数控四边折边机机身为研究对象,通过三维建模软件建立数控四边折边机机身模型,根据其结构特点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench17.0对其进行静力学分析,由分析结果对机身结构进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,改进后的机身在保证模尖直线度的基础上质量减轻2467kg,降低了数控四边折边机制造成本,提高产品竞争力。Taking the frame of CNC four-side folding machine as the research object,the model of the CNC four-side folding machine frame has been established through the three-dimensional modeling software.According to its structural characteristics,the static analysis has been conducted by use of finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The design of frame structure has been optimized on the basis of the analysis result.The simulation result shows that the weight of the improved frame has been reduced by 2467kg on the basis of ensuring the straightness of the die tip,which reduces the manufacturing cost of the CNC four-side folding machine and improves the product competitiveness.
