摘　　要：本文介绍一种薄板成形压机自动上下料装置设计方案,解决在换热板片压制成形时人工进行原料板材的塑料膜包覆,下料后的板片揭膜作业,作业效率低,成本高的问题,适用于板式换热器板片成形行业的智能化生产线。在满足板式换热器板片生产智能化升级的同时,其相关技术亦可推广应用于其他种类智能生产线的制造。The proposal of an automatic loading and unloading device for the sheet forming press has been introduced in the text,which solves the low working efficiency and high coast problems of manual plastic film coating and peeling off film of the raw material sheet during the pressing and forming of the heat exchange sheet.It is suitable for intelligent production lines in the plate heat exchange sheet forming industry,which satisfies the intelligent upgrade of plate heat exchange sheet production,meanwhile its related technologies can also be applied to the manufacture of other types of intelligent production lines.
