摘 要:U型纵梁腹面冲孔工艺采用1600kN闭式双点压力机,布置10多个独立模架,不同孔径的冲孔所需冲裁力不同、多工位冲孔不同会造成偏心载荷,而预紧力、偏心载荷是影响闭式压力机组合式机身可靠性的重要因素。本文基于U型纵梁腹面冲孔工艺设计了组合式机身,运用Solidworks建立1600kN压力机机身的三维模型,在Ansys Workbench中,对组合式机身进行预紧状态、集中载荷与偏心载荷的有限元分析,得到立柱与上横梁接触面的接触压力云图、预紧系数k与偏载系数i的关系,为确定合理的预紧系数提供了理论依据。The 1600 k N closed double-point press has been used for the punching process of the web of the U beam,and more than 10 independent die bases have been arranged.Different punching force are required for holes with different diameters while multi-station punching won’t cause eccentric load.The preload force and eccentric load are important factors affecting the reliability of the combined body of the closed press.In the text,a combined body has been designed based on the punching process of the web of the U beam,and the 3 D model of the 1600 kN press body has been established by use of Solidworks.Through finite element analysis of the contact pressure cloud diagram of the contact surface between the column and the upper beam,the relationship between the preload coefficient k and the eccentric load coefficient i have been obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for determining a reasonable preload coefficient.
