摘　　要：钣金加工行业中,对于投用多年的老旧设备,具有在原电气控制系统基础上进行低成本维修、改造扩展的需求;另一方面,随着智能制造的快速发展,车间多组设备之间、车间与异地办公调控中心之间也有网络互联、数据监控、远程调控的需求。为此,本文提出一种布线简洁、元件空间占用少、配置灵活的总线式控制架构实现方案。In the sheet metal processing industry,there is a demand for low-cost maintenance and transformation and expansion of old equipment that has been in use for many years on the basis of the original electrical control system;on the other hand,with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,there is also a demand for network interconnection,data monitoring and remote control between multiple groups of equipment in workshops and between workshops and off-site office control centres.For this reason,this paper proposes a bus-based control architecture with simple wiring,low component space occupation and flexible configuration.
