摘  要:变桨减速器的加油量是变桨减速器设计开发过程的重要参数。因为变桨减速器箱体是全封闭的,在运行过程中,减速器温度和环境的变化会导致润滑油体积变化,从而影响减速器的效率等,甚至直接影响减速器的可靠性。本文以变桨减速器B255A的加油量为例,通过计算分析介绍如何确定变桨减速器加油量的方法。The refueling amount of the pitch reducer is an important parameter in the design and development process of the pitch reducer.Because the pitch reducer box is fully enclosed,during operation,changes in the temperature and environment of the reducer will lead to the volume of lubricating oil,thereby affecting the efficiency of the reducer and even directly affecting the reliability of the reducer.Taking the refueling amount of the pitch reducer B255A as an example in the text,the way to determine the refueling amount of the pitch reducer through calculation and analysis has been introduced.
