摘 要:随着工业的发展,越来越多厚板面临着焊接难点,而窄间隙焊接应运而生,由于其具有坡口窄、填充金属少、节约焊材等优点,越来越受到各界人士的欢迎。本文通过对窄间隙焊接过程中的焊接参数、焊接电弧、焊枪结构、焊接材料进行相应选择控制,从而提高焊缝质量;另外,为了提高窄间隙的焊缝质量,还可通过接合其他热源,如激光、或者结合磁场,以进一步提高焊缝质量。本文主要对现有窄间隙电弧焊接质量的控制方式进行总结与研究。With the development of industry,more and more thick plates are facing welding difficulties,and narrow gap welding comes into being.Because of its advantages of narrow groove,less filler metal and saving welding materials,it is more and more popular among people from all walks of life.In the text,the welding parameters,welding arc,welding torch structure and welding materials in the narrow gap welding process have been selected and controlled accordingly,so as to improve the weld quality;in addition,in order to improve the narrow gap weld quality,other heat sources such as laser,or combined with a magnetic field,can be used to further improve weld quality.The existing quality control methods of narrow gap arc welding have been summarized and studied.
