摘　　要：根据用户需求和技术发展,江苏有线连云港分公司推出适合广电网络公司发展的智慧广电城市系统。针对智慧广电系统建设的业态,旨在强化用户的保有量,同时加强用户使用高清数字电视的黏性,保障广电主营业务稳定发展。实践证明,该系统的使用既节约成本,又可以达到宣传政府服务百姓,实现用户由“看电视”到“用电视”的转变。According to user needs and technological development,Jiangsu Cable Lianyungang Branch has launched a smart radio and television city system suitable for the development of radio and television network companies.Aiming at the format of smart radio and television system construction,it aims to strengthen the number of users,and at the same time increase the stickiness of users to the high-definition digital TV,which ensures the stable development of the main business of radio and television.Practice has proved that the use of this system not only saves costs,but also promotes the government to serve the common people,and realizes the transformation of users from“watching TV”to“using TV”.
