摘  要:巴陵石化410t/h燃煤锅炉结焦严重,本文从锅炉q_(F)取值、局部炉膛温度偏高、火焰偏斜、氧量控制偏低、清焦不及时等方面对结焦问题进行综合分析。基于分析结果,冷态时,调平一次风速,修复烧损的燃烧器,减小切圆偏斜;热态时,在合理的掺配煤的基础上,降低一次风速、优化二次风配风、通过燃尽风调整燃烧偏差、控制合适的氧量及燃尽风量等方面加强了燃烧调整。通过以上措施,同时结合设备及运行的优化,在不进行设备改造的条件下,解决了锅炉的严重结焦,并提出了防治措施,大大提高了锅炉的安全性。The 410 t/h coal-fired boiler of Baling Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has serious coking.In this paper,the coking problems are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of boiler qF value,high local furnace temperature,flame deflection,low oxygen control,and untimely coke cleaning.Based on the analysis results,in the cold state,level the primary air speed,repair the burnt burner,and reduce the tangential deflection;in the hot state,on the basis of reasonable coal blending,reduce the primary air speed and optimize the secondary air distribution.The combustion adjustment has been strengthened in the aspects of wind,adjusting the combustion deviation through the burnout air,and controlling the appropriate oxygen amount and the burnout air volume.Through the above measures,combined with the optimization of equipment and operation,the serious coking of the boiler has been solved without equipment modification,and preventive measures have been proposed,which greatly improved the safety of the boiler.
