摘  要:CHCl_(2)F(HCFC-22)是氟利昂CFl_(2)Cl_(2)(CFC-12)的主要代替物,其无害化处理非常重要.通过水解HCFC-22考察MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2)的催化性能.结果表明:MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2)的最佳焙烧温度为500℃,其催化性能优于TiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)、TiO_(2).结合MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2)的SEM、EDS表征,呈现晶型结构的MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2)催化水解HCFC-22无明显氟化现象,选择性强.研究结果为催化水解HCFC-22提供了一定的理论依据.CHCl_(2)F(HCFC-22)is the main substitute of Freon CFl_(2)Cl_(2)(CFC-12),and its harmless treatment is very important.The catalytic properties of MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2) were investigated by hydrolysis of HCFC-22.Theresults showed that the optimum calcination temperature of MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2) was 500℃,and its catalytic performance was better than TiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)、TiO_(2) combined with the SEM、EDS characterization of the MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2),and MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)/ZrO_(2) with crystal structure had no obvious fluorination and showed strong selectivity in the catalytic hydrolysis.The results provided some theoretical basis for catalytic hydrolysis of HCFC-22.
