摘 要:目的:研究乙肝患者HBV-DNA定量与血清氧化应激标志物、炎症反应标志物的关系。方法:选取某院收治的120例乙肝患者为研究对象,采集患者血液标本,离心分离血清后分别检测HBV-DNA定量、血清氧化应激反应标志物[氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]、血清炎症反应标志物[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)],并予以患者Child-Pugh评分。根据HBV-DNA定量检测结果将患者分为低量组、中量组、高量组,对比分析各组患者Child-Pugh评分及血清SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-2指标值,并予以Spearman相关性分析。结果:在Child-Pugh评分上,HBV-DNA低量组<中量组<高量组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析,乙肝患者HBV-DNA定量与血清SOD、GSH-Px呈负相关(r=-0.524、-0.665,P=0.017、0.013),与血清MDA呈正相关(r=0.656,P=0.009),与血清TNF-α、IL-10呈正相关(r=0.786、0.713,P=0.007、0.08),与血清IL-2呈负相关(r=-0.562,P=0.004)。结论:随乙肝患者HBV-DNA定量的升高,机体氧化应激反应及炎症反应程度加重,造成肝功能损伤。Objective:To study the relationship between HBV-DNA quantification and serum markers of oxidative stress and inflammatory response in patients with hepatitis B.Methods:120 cases of hepatitis B patients admitted to a hospital were retrospectively selected as the research objects.Blood samples of patients were collected,serum samples were separated by centrifugation to detect HBV-DNA quantification,serum markers of oxidative stress response[oxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),malondialdehyde(MDA)],and serum markers of inflammatory response[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-2(IL-2)],and child-pugh scores of patients were given.The patients were divided into low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group according to the quantification test results of HBV-DNA.Child-pugh score and serum SOD,GSH-Px,MDA,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-2 indexes in each group were compared and analyzed,and Spearman correlation analysis was performed.Results:In child-pugh score,HBV-DNA low-dose group<medium-dose group<high dose group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that HBV-DNA quantification was negatively correlated with serum SOD and GSH-Px(r=-0.524,-0.665,P=0.017,0.013),positively correlated with serum MDA(r=0.656,P=0.009),positively correlated with serum TNF-αand IL-10(r=0.786,0.713,P=0.007,0.08),and negatively correlated with serum IL-2(r=-0.562,P=0.004).Conclusion:With the increase of HBV-DNA quantification,the body oxidative stress response and inflammatory response are aggravated,resulting in liver function injury.
