超声电导大承气汤联合针灸对老年骨折患者全麻术后胃肠功能恢复、降低并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究超声电导大承气汤联合针灸对老年骨折患者全麻术后胃肠功能恢复、降低并发症的影响。方法:收集2020年1月-2021年7月到某院进行治疗的120例老年骨折全麻术患者的相关资料,按照随机抽样分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用超声电导大承气汤联合治疗,治疗12d后,对比两组胃肠功能恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果:术前两组胃功能情况无显著差异(P>0.05);术后观察组排气、排便、进食时间、GAS和MTL指标水平及并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声电导大承气汤联合针灸治疗效果显著,不仅能够促进肠胃功能快速恢复并降低并发症发生率,还能缩短术后排气、排便及进食时间,具有良好的临床意义。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasonic conductance Dachengqi decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the reduction of complications after general anesthesia for elderly fractures.Methods:The relevant data of 120 elderly patients with fractures treated in a hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.There were 60 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic conductance Dachengqi decoction on the basis of the control group.After 12 days of treatment,the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in gastric function between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the exhaust,defecation,eating time,GAS and MTL index levels and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic conductance Dachengqi decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has significant therapeutic effect,which can not only promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications,but also shorten the exhaust,defecation and eating time after operation,with good clinical significance.
