摘　　要：目的:探讨GnRH-α辅助治疗轻度EMT复发性流产效果。方法:将2017年4月-2018年6月于某院治疗的77例轻度EMT复发流产患者作为研究对象并按随机数字表法分为GnRH-α组(n=39)和联合组(n=38),GnRH-α组采用单纯GnRH-α治疗,联合组采用GnRH-α联合糖皮质激素治疗,评估两组患者在使用药物之后的炎性因子水平、术后疼痛程度、妊娠、EMT复发情况。结果:治疗后联合组炎性因子水平、疼痛评分、病灶复发率均低于GnRH-α组,活产率高于GnRH-α组(P<0.05)。结论:GnRH-α辅助治疗轻度EMT复发性流产可减轻患者炎症反应及术后疼痛,提高妊娠率,降低EMS复发率,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of GnRH-αadjuvant therapy on recurrent abortion with mild EMT.Methods:A total of 77 patients with recurrent abortion with mild EMT treated in a hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into GNRh-αgroup(n=39)and combined group(n=38)according to random number table method.39 cases in GnRH-αgroup were given GnRH-αtreatment alone,and 38 cases in the combined group were given GnRH-αcombined with glucocorticoid therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors,postoperative pain,pregnancy and recurrence of EMT were evaluated in the two groups after drug use.Results:After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,pain score and recurrence rate of lesions in combined group were lower than those in GnRH-αgroup,and the live birth rate was higher than that in GnRH-αgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:GnRH-αcombined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of mild EMT complicated with recurrent abortion can reduce inflammatory reaction and postoperative pain,improve pregnancy rate and reduce the recurrence rate of EMT,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
