体温膀胱冲洗液在缓解TURP术后老年患者膀胱痉挛状态及降低出血风险中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后老年患者应用体温膀胱冲洗液在缓解膀胱痉挛状态及降低出血风险中的应用价值。方法:选取某院2018年10月-2019年10月期间126例TURP术后老年患者,依据冲洗液温度不同分为室温组和体温组各63例,室温组术中给予室温21℃~27℃冲洗液对患者的膀胱进行持续冲洗,体温组术中给予体温35℃~37℃冲洗液对患者的膀胱进行持续冲洗,对比两组术后膀胱痉挛状态及出血风险。结果:干预后,体温组患者的痉挛评分、膀胱痉挛次数、持续时间水平低于室温组(P<0.05)。体温组患者出血率1.59%(1/63)低于室温组6.35%(4/63)(P<0.05);血凝块堵管率1.59%(1/63)低于室温组7.94%(5/63)(P>0.05)。结论:35℃~37℃冲洗液可缓解TURP术后老年患者膀胱痉挛状态,减少术后凝血堵管风险,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the application value of body temperature bladder irrigation solution in relieving bladder spasm and reducing the risk of bleeding in elderly patients after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods:A total of 126 elderly patients after TURP surgery in a hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into room temperature group and body temperature group according to the temperature of the irrigation solution.63 cases in the room temperature group were given room temperature(21℃~27℃)irrigation solution to continuously wash the bladder of the patients,and 63 cases in the body temperature group were given the body temperature(35℃~37℃)irrigation solution to continuously wash the bladder of the patients during the operation.Postoperative bladder spasm and bleeding risk in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the spasm score,number of bladder spasms and duration level in the body temperature group were lower than those in the room temperature group(P<0.05).The bleeding rate of patients in the body temperature group was 1.59%(1/63),lower than that in the room temperature group(6.35%,4/63)(P<0.05).The blood clot blockage rate was 1.59%(1/63),lower than that in the room temperature group was 7.94%(5/63)(P>0.05).Conclusion:35℃~37℃irrigation solution can relieve bladder spasm in elderly patients after TURP,reduce the risk of postoperative coagulation and blockage,and improve clinical efficacy.
