遵化水平口湿地引退水管道工程管材比选探析

摘　　要：以遵化水平口湿地引退水管道工程为例,结合国内管材生产和已建工程的经验,初步选定钢管(SP)、球磨铸铁管(DIP)、预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)及玻璃钢管(FRPM)4种管材进行原料、生产加工工艺、力学特性、抗渗性、耐腐蚀性、接口连接可靠性等性能分析,研究了管材比选过程中诸多影响因素,提出了比选过程应考虑的关键环节,针对工程实际问题,探讨了实际工程中管材的比选方法,供相关设计人员借鉴。In the paper,the experience of domestic pipe production and construction projects is combined with the preliminary selection of steel pipe(SP),ball-grinding cast iron pipe(DIP),pre-stressed steel barrel concrete pipe(PCCP)and fiberglass pipe(FRPM)four kinds of pipe raw materials,production and processing process,mechanical characteristics,impermeability,corrosion resistance,interface connection reliability and other performance analysis,studied the pipe ratio process many influencing factors,put forward the selection process should consider the key link,Facing the practical problems of the project,the comparison method of pipe in the actual project is discussed for reference of relative designers.
