摘  要:通过开展郑州“7·20”特大暴雨移植大清河系的可能性分析,在综合大清河系历史暴雨中心和防洪重点区域的基础上,构建了5种暴雨落区移植方案,以最不利情况出发,对移植暴雨洪水进行模拟和影响分析,研究提出初步对策措施,为今后大清河系应对超标准洪水提供参考。Based on the possibility analysis of the relocation of the“7·20”heavy rain in Zhengzhou into the Daqinghe River system,five kinds of relocation schemes for rainstorm areas are constructed on the basis of integrating the historical rainstorm center and flood control key areas in the Daqinghe River system.Based on the most unfavorable situation,the simulation and impact analysis of the relocation of rainstorm and flood are carried out,and preliminary countermeasures are proposed.It provides reference for the future Daqinghe River system to deal with the flood exceeding the designed level.
