摘 要:骨骼肌超声图像纹理特征与肌肉结构、组成及病理密切相关,对骨骼肌超声图像进行纹理分析能够精准量化病变肌肉组织的病理学差异,因此骨骼肌超声图像的纹理分析有着十分重要的临床应用价值。随着高分辨率超声及纹理分析技术的不断研发与应用,近年来骨骼肌图像纹理分析被越来越多的应用于临床研究,为骨骼肌疾病的诊断、分级与疗效预测评估提供客观的定量及定性指标。Texture features of skeletal muscle ultrasound images are closely related to the structure,composition and pathology of the skeletal muscle.The texture analysis of the ultrasound image of skeletal muscle can accurately quantify the pathological differences of diseased muscle tissue.So,it has very important clinical application value.With the continuous research and application of texture analysis and high-frequency ultrasound technology,It has been applied more and more in clinical studies,providing objective quantitative and qualitative indicators for the diagnosis,grading and efficacy prediction and evaluation of skeletal muscle diseases.
