摘　　要：猪脑炎型链球菌病和伪狂犬病是生猪养殖期间经常发生流行的两类传染性疾病,一种属于细菌性传染性疾病,另一种属于病毒性传染性疾病。由于2种传染性疾病的临床特征十分相似,兽医在疾病诊断中,通常会出现混淆的情况,造成诊断方案不科学、治疗手段不合理,错过最佳的防控时期,给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。猪脑炎型链球菌病和猪伪狂犬病都具有发病急、发病过程快、造成死亡率高的特点,2种疾病都会引发猪群出现一系列的神经症状。在生猪疾病防控过程中,需要做好2种疾病的有效鉴别,构建针对性的防控方法,确保在短时间内能控制病情。该文主要论述猪脑炎型链球菌病和伪狂犬病的鉴别诊断方法,并提出相应的预防措施。Porcine encephalitic streptococcosis and pseudorabies are two types of infectious diseases that frequently occur during pig breeding.One is bacterial infectious disease and the other is viral infectious disease.Because the clinical characteristics of the two infectious diseases are very similar,veterinarians often encounter confusion in the process of disease diagnosis,resulting in unscientific diagnosis and unreasonable treatment methods,missing the best prevention and control period,and bringing huge economic losses to farmers.Porcine encephalitic streptococcosis and porcine pseudorabies have the characteristics of acute onset,rapid onset and high mortality,and both diseases can cause a series of neurological symptoms in pigs.In the process of disease prevention and control in pigs,it is necessary to effectively distinguish the two diseases and construct a targeted prevention and control method to ensure that the disease can be controlled in a short time.Based on actual work experience,this article discusses the differential diagnosis method of porcine encephalitic streptococcosis and pseudorabies,and proposes corresponding prevention and treatment methods,hoping to be helpful to better control the occurrence of the above two diseases.
