摘　　要：目的探讨嗓音正常人群嗓音障碍严重程度指数(dysphonia severity index,DSI)的正常值范围。方法招募嗓音正常、无嗓音疾病及治疗史的不吸烟的志愿者125例(男47例,女78例),分别进行嗓音障碍指数(voice handicap index,VHI)评估,并采用DiVAS系统测试最长声时(MPT)、基频微扰(jitter)、最高基频(F0-high)、最低声强(I-low)及DSI。计算DSI值的90%参考值范围作为正常值,并分析上述各指标在性别之间的差异。结果除1例VHI值超过18被剔出外,本组正常人的DSI值范围是0.15~4.24,平均为2.19±1.24;正常男性和女性平均DSI正常值分别为2.18±1.07、2.20±1.35;范围分别为0.42~3.93、-0.01~4.42;正常女性的F0-high(739.6±153.23 Hz)高于男性(519.6±133.1 Hz)(P<0.01),正常男性的MPT(21.4±6.4 s)大于女性(18.9±5.62 s)(P<0.05);不同性别受试者间I-low、jitter和DSI的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究获得了嗓音正常人的DSI正常参考值范围,性别对DSI正常值无显著影响,不同性别间F0-high及MPT有显著差异。Objective To investigate the normal range of dysphonia severity index(DSI)in the Chinese population with normal voice.Methods A total of 125 volunteers(47 males,78 females)who had normal voice,no voice disease history and no smoking habit were recruited in this study(age range of 18~59).Their maximum phonation time(MPT),highest phonational frequency,lowest intensity,and jitter measurements were meascured with DiVAS 2.30.The 90%medical reference range of the DSI scores was calculated as normal range with SPSS 21.0.The gender difference of the MPT,F0-high,I-low,jitter and DSI were analyzed with one-way ANOVA analysis.Results The normal range of DSI scores was 0.15 to 4.24,with the average of 2.19±1.24.The normal range of DSI scores of men was 0.42~3.93,and that of women was-0.01~4.42.The mean of DSI scores in men and women were 2.18±1.07 and 2.20±1.35.One-way analysis of variance indicated that F0-high was significantly higher in female(739.6±153.23 Hz)than in male(519.6±133.1 Hz)(P<0.01).Gender was significantly associated with MPT(male 21.4±6.4 s;female 18.9±5.62 s,P<0.05),but not with I-low,jitter or DSI scores(P>0.05).Conclusion The Chinese DSI normative scores was obtained in this study.Gender had no significant effect on the DSI scores,but was significantly associated with F0-high and MPT.
