地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月~2021年2月就诊于空军特色医学中心确诊且病程<30天的179例爆震性聋患者随机分为三组,A组(金纳多组)70例、B组(金纳多+地塞米松5 mg组)57例、C组(金纳多+地塞米松10 mg组)52例;全部患者治疗前及相应治疗10天后均进行系统的听力学检测,比较各组疗效。结果A、B、C三组的治疗有效率分别为29.35%、67.11%、91.43%;在低频(250 Hz),B、C组的疗效优于A组(P<0.05);而在中高频(3000、4000、6000、8000 Hz),C组的疗效明显优于A、B两组(P<0.05),除250 Hz外,A、B两组各频率听阈改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地塞米松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋有明显临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone combined with Ginaton in the treatment of explosive deafness.Methods A total of 179 patients with explosive deafness diagnosed in Air Force Medical Center from January 2016 to February 2021 and the course was less than 30 days were randomly divided into three groups:group A(Ginaton group,n=70),group B(Ginaton+dexamethasone 5 mg group,n=57)and group C(Ginaton+dexamethasone 10 mg group,n=52).All patients underwent systematic audiological examination and efficacy evaluation before and after treatment.Results The effective rates of three groups were 29.35%,67.11%and 91.43%,respectively.The curative effect of group B and C was better than that of group A in the recovery of hearing at low frequency(250 Hz)(P<0.05).In the middle and high freguency(3000,4000,6000 and 8000 Hz),the curative effect of group C was significantly better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Except for 250 Hz,there was no significant difference in the improvement of hearing threshold at each frequency between group A and group B.Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with Ginaton has certain clinical effect in the treatment of explosive deafness.
