摘 要:目的了解耳显微外科颞骨解剖学习班的教学难点及其影响因素,从而对培训重点和教学方法提出有针对性的建议,提高教学质量。方法采用自编问卷调查的方法,调查北京大学第三医院2015、2017、2018、2019年耳显微外科颞骨解剖学习班42名学员反馈的学习收获、学习难点以及导致难点的主要因素,并分析性别、年龄、职称、学历等因素对以上调查结果的影响。结果7.14%(3/42)的学员认为颞骨解剖班的培训非常难,45.24%(19/42)认为相对较难,难度最大的课程内容为尸头颞骨解剖操作,其次是耳科手术直播演示;导致学习难度的最主要原因是自身专业基础不足,其次是学习时间不足以及内容专业性强。71.43%(30/42)的学员认为自己在颞骨解剖班取得的总体收获非常大,收获最大的课程内容为颞骨解剖实际操作,其次是理论授课和耳科手术直播演示。学员的性别、年龄不影响其学习收获和难度。主治医师和副主任医师的学习收获较大;本科和硕士学员认为尸头颞骨解剖操作是最大难点,而博士学员认为理论授课为最大难点,其次为尸头颞骨解剖操作。结论颞骨解剖培训的专业性强,具有一定的难度。在教学中应根据学员的专业基础、职称和学历,进行分层次有所侧重的培训;尸头颞骨解剖操作作为学习班的教学重点,应适当增加教学时间。Objective To understand the teaching difficulties and influencing factors of temporal bone dissection courses in otomicrosurgery,and to propose targeted suggestions for training focus and teaching methods,and to improve the teaching quality.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the learning achievements,learning difficulties and main factors causing the difficulties of 42 trainees in the otomicrosurgical temporal bone dissection courses of Peking University Third Hospital in 2015,2017,2018 and 2019.We analyzed the influence of gender,age,professional title and education background on their responds to the survey.Results 7.14%(3/42)of the trainees thought that the training of temporal bone dissection course was quite difficult,and 45.24%(19/42)thought it was relatively difficult.The most difficult subject was the cadaveric temporal bone anatomy,followed by live demonstration of otologic surgery.The main reason for the difficulty of learning was the lack of professional foundation,followed by the lack of learning time and strong professional content.Of 42 trainer,30(71.43%)thought that their overall achievements in the temporal bone dissection courses were very great.The most rewarding subject was the practical operation of temporal bone anatomy,followed by theoretical teaching and live demonstration of otologic surgery.Professional title and education background affected the trainees’learning gains and difficulties:Attendings and vice-directors gained more;Undergraduate and master trainees thought cadaveric temporal bone anatomy was the most difficult part,while doctoral trainees thought theoretical teaching was the most difficult and cadaveric temporal bone anatomy was second.Conclusion Temporal bone anatomy training is professional and difficult.In teaching,we should carry out different levels of training according to the students’professional foundation,professional title and educational background.As anatomical temporal bone operation of cadaver head is the teaching focus of the cla
