摘　　要：极早产儿产房过渡期指极早产儿由宫内过渡至宫外,建立自主呼吸和胎儿循环过渡至新生儿循环的关键时期。对这一时期的规范化管理有利于提高极早产儿的救治存活率和降低其严重并发症的发生率。目前国内对于极早产儿过渡期的管理尚欠规范。基于此,中国医师协会新生儿科医师分会、中国医院协会妇产医院管理分会围产医学学组和中国妇幼保健协会新生儿保健专业委员会组织成立了专家组,通过文献检索和分析讨论制定了本共识,以指导临床实践。Optimizing the management of the critical transition period from intrauterine to initiating spontaneous breathing after birth and from fetal to neonatal circulation will improve the survival rates and reduce the risk of severe complications in very preterm infants(VPIs).Given the lack of standardized management of VPIs during this transition period in China,the Neonatology Society of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,Perinatal Medicine Group,Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Management Committee,Chinese Hospital Association,and Neonatal Health Care Committee of Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association have organized an expert panel and developed this consensus through literature retrieval and review,aiming to guide clinical practice.
