摘  要:探究腐殖酸和盐胁迫对郁金香叶片营养元素吸收的影响以及两者共同作用下的吸收效应。以“上农早霞”郁金香为试材,采用盆栽控制试验,设置施用不同含量腐殖酸肥料处理(20、35、50 g/盆),同时设置盐胁迫,测定叶片中矿质元素含量并进行相关性分析。结果表明,施用腐殖酸显著促进郁金香对大量元素Ca的吸收,但对K、P和Mg无显著影响,尤其是35 g/盆的施用量中Ca吸收最高,相当于对照的134.9%。低用量的腐殖酸普遍抑制郁金香对微量元素的吸收,尤其是Mn元素,与对照组相比下降了28.1%;Zn、Mn、Fe和Cu的积累与腐殖酸的用量成正比,但B没有明显变化;高用量腐殖酸能显著促进郁金香对Zn、Cu的吸收,相当于对照的109.7%和151.9%。盐胁迫会导致郁金香叶片中大量元素Ca和P、微量元素Zn和Cu的积累,但Mn含量减少,而Fe和B则没有明显变化。盐胁迫与腐殖酸共同作用能显著促进郁金香叶片中P、Mg、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu元素的积累,而K、Ca、B的含量无显著差异。相关分析表明,Ca、P、Cu、Zn、Mg、Mn、Fe元素之间存在显著的协同作用。腐殖酸能明显影响郁金香对矿质元素的吸收。综合来看,施用35 g/盆的腐殖酸对郁金香营养元素吸收效果最佳,且施用腐殖酸能有效缓解盐胁迫带来的伤害。该研究可为今后郁金香生产栽培上合理使用腐殖酸肥料提供科学依据。To explore the effects of humic acid and salt stress on the absorption of nutrient elements in tulip leaves and the absorption effect under the joint action of humic acid and salt stress.Taking“SN zaoxia”tulip as the test material,the pot control experiment was carried out.The treatments with different contents of humic acid fertilizer(20,35,50 g/pot)and salt stress were set to determine the content of mineral elements in leaves and analyze the correlation.The application of humic acid significantly promoted the absorption of Ca by tulips,which the absorption was the highest in the application rate of 35 g/pot especially,equivalent to 134.9%of the control,but had no significant effect on K,P and Mg,low dosage of humic acid generally inhibited the absorption of micro-elements,especially Mn,which decreased by 28.1%compared with the control group;the accumulation of Zn,Mn,Fe and Cu was directly proportional to the amount of humic acid,but B did not change significantly;high dosage of humic acid can significantly promote the absorption of Zn and Cu by tulip,which is increased by 109.7%and 151.9%respectively compared with the control.Salt stress could lead to the accumulation of macro-elements Ca and P and micro-elements Zn and Cu in tulip leaves,while the decrease of content of Mn,the content of Fe and B did not change significantly.Salt stress and humic acid could significantly promote the accumulation of P,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe and Cu in tulip leaves,but there was no significant difference in the contents of K,Ca and B.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant synergistic effect between Ca,P,Cu,Zn,Mg,Mn and Fe.Humic acid could significantly affect the absorption of mineral elements by tulips.In general,the application of 35 g/pot of humic acid had the best effect on the absorption of nutrient elements of tulip,and the application of humic acid could effectively alleviate the damage caused by salt stress.The above research can provide a scientific basis for the rational use of humic acid fertilizer in tulip
