摘　　要：中国睡眠研究会2021年发布的数据显示我国超过3亿人存在睡眠障碍,而失眠是最常见的睡眠障碍。有关失眠发生机制和治疗药物的研究需涉及失眠动物模型及其相关的评价方法。本文结合文献,总结了近十年国内外常用的失眠动物模型,从物理因素、化学因素、病理因素和复合因素进行分类,分析总结其原理和特点,整理收集失眠模型的评价方法,为失眠的研究提供基础。Data released by the Chinese Sleep Medicine Congress in 2021 showed that more than 300 million people in China have sleep disorders,of which insomnia is the most common.Research into the mechanisms of insomnia and candidate therapeutic drugs needs to involve insomnia animal models and appropriate evaluation method.This article summarizes aspects of the insomnia animal models commonly used in the past 10 years and classifies them from the perspective of physical,chemical,pathological,and multiple factors.The method used to evaluate the insomnia models are also outlined.This paper provides a resource for studies of insomnia.
