台湾地区中小政党发展概况及未来前景探析

摘　　要：台湾地区中小政党长期以来在台湾政坛发挥着特殊作用,其中统派政党是大陆对台工作反“独”促统的重要力量。由于政治组织分散、政治主张多元以及受台湾地区长期以来形成的“蓝绿”二元社会政治结构影响,中小政党的整体政治实力相对薄弱,一直以来并未受到两岸学界足够重视。本文拟对台湾地区中小政党的类型特征、运作方式以及存在矛盾等方面进行探讨,进一步分析中小政党未来发展方向。Taiwan’s small and medium-sized political parties have long played a special role in Taiwan’s political arena.Some of these parties which endorse reunification are also an important force for the Mainland in jointly fighting against Taiwan’s separatism and promoting reunification in Taiwan-related affairs.For a long time,due to loose constitution of political organization,diversified political views,and the “blue-green”dichotomous sociopolitical structure formed in Taiwan,the overall political strength of Taiwan’s small and medium-sized political parties is relatively weak,and these parties have been neglected bythe academic circles on both sides of the Strait.This paper intends to explore the types,characteristics,operative methods and contradictions of small and medium-sized political parties in Taiwan,and further analyze their development direction in the future.
