摘　　要：2016版《中国骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症预防指南》已成为临床骨科大手术病人预防静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的重要指引,作为纲领性文件为静脉血栓栓塞症的预防提供了依据。该指南融汇了临床多学科经验和大量循证医学证据,显著降低了临床骨科大手术病人的血栓发生率。现从医学检验视角结合新型血栓标志物学习该指南,发现尚有较大提升空间,故针对部分条款进行解读,并提出建议,期待能为该指南的更新提供参考依据。The 2016 edition of the"Guidelines for the prevention of venous thromboembolism in major orthopaedic surgery in China"had become an important starting point for the prevention of venous thromboembolism(VTE)in patients with major orthopedic surgery in clinical orthopedics,and provided a basis for the prevention of VTE as a programmatic document.This guideline integrated clinical multidisciplinary experience and a large amount of corroborative medical evidence,and significantly reduced the incidence of thrombosis in patients with major clinical orthopedic surgery.Looking at the guidelines from the perspective of medical testing combined with thrombotic indicators,it was founded that there was still a lot of room for improvement.Therefore,this article maked an interpretation of some of the clauses and maked recommendations,hoping to provide an important references for the next update of guidelines.
