摘　　要：砌体结构在我国有着悠久的建造及使用历史,随着经济的高速发展,我国建筑行业也发展迅猛,当下建筑安全问题已经成为大家关心的重点问题。许多以前的老式建筑由于建造时相关规范及研究不够完善全面,在后期的使用过程中发现存在重大的安全隐患,需要通过检测找准隐患产生的原因,并对此进行加固设计,保证建筑加固后在目标使用年限内的安全使用。Masonry structure has a long history of construction and use in China.With the rapid development of economy,China′s construction industry is also developing rapidly.In the current era,the issue of building safety has become the most important concern.Many previous buildings were found to have major safety hazards in the later use process due to imperfect construction specifications and research,and need to be tested to find the cause of the hidden hazards and to carry out reinforcement design to ensure the safe use of the building after reinforcement in the target use life.
