摘  要:目的:建立参芍胶囊中人参皂甙Rg_(1)含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:用Hypersil-ODS柱(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm)分离,甲醇-水(体积比50∶50)洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长设置为203nm。结果:人参皂甙Rg_(1)在2.6~26μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,其线性方程为Y=231896X+44038(n=10,r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为99.84%,(RSD=0.91%n=6)。结论:用该法测定人参皂甙Rg_(1)的含量,线性关系良好、精密度较好、准确度高、稳定性好,可用于参芍胶囊中Rg_(1)质量控制。Objective:AHPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg_(1)in Shenshao capsules was established in this paper.Methods:Separationwas completed in Hypersil-ODS column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm).Methanol-water(50:50)was used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.Results:Linear relationship was good(r=0.9994)in the range of 2.6~26μg with equation of Y=231896 X+44038(n=10).The average recovery was 99.84%RSD=0.91%,(n=6).Conclusion:This method was good linearity,accurate,precise and stabile,which was suitable for the quality control of Rg_(1)in Shenshao capsules.
