摘  要:SiC功率器件作为第三代半导体在轨道交通领域有着广阔的应用前景,针对城轨直流供电牵引系统,研究了直流供电牵引系统差模干扰和共模干扰的传导路径,分析了应用SiC功率器件给牵引系统带来的电磁干扰以及对牵引电机输入端部绝缘的影响。通过测试对比SiC-MOSFET和Si-IGBT的开关特性及其应用在三相逆变电路中电磁干扰强度,进而开发了基于SiC功率器件的“四合一”牵引变流器,并设计了1种适合工程化应用的EMI滤波电路,通过电磁兼容性能测试,验证了抑制方法的有效性和可行性。As the third generation semiconductor,SiC power device has a broad application prospect in the field of rail transit.In this pa⁃per,the conduction path of differential mode interference and common mode interference in DC power supply traction system is studied,and the electromagnetic interference brought by SiC power device to traction system and the influence on the end insulation of traction motor are analyzed.By testing and comparing the switching characteristics of SiC-MOSFET and Si-IGBT and their application in three-phase inverter,a four in one SiC traction converter is developed,and an EMI filter circuit suitable for engineering application is designed.Through EMC test,the effectiveness and feasibility of the suppression method are verified.
