摘 要:目的:分析血液标本放置时间对血液化验结果的影响。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月临沂市皮肤病防治所检验科采集的100例静脉血液标本作为研究样本,将收集的血液样本分成3份,并将其分别放置1 h、3 h、6 h后实行血液检验,针对血液标本放置的时间差异进行观察,分析其对血液检查结果的影响。结果:血液标本放置1 h和3 h的检验结果显示,其单核细胞值的影响不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放置3 h血液标本的血小板计数、淋巴细胞值均明显高于放置1 h,且白细胞计数、红细胞计数及中性粒细胞均低于放置1 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液标本放置6 h的血小板计数、淋巴细胞、单核细胞均高于放置3 h的数值,但其白细胞计数、红细胞计数术及中性粒细胞均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液标本放置6 h的白细胞计数、红细胞计数及中性粒细胞均低于放置1 h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液标本放置6 h的血小板计数、淋巴细胞及单核细胞均高于放置1 h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液检验结果与血液标本放置时间长短关系比较密切,放置时间越短,对血液检验结果的造成的影响越小。故而在检验中,需尽可能对血液标本进行处理,减少血液标本的放置时间,方可提高血液检验的精确性。Objective:To analyze the influence of blood sample placement time on blood test results.Methods:One hundred venous blood samples collected in Department of Clinical Laboratory,Linyi Institute of Dermatology Prevention and Treatment from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research samples.The collected blood samples were divided into 3 parts,and the blood test was carried out after they were placed for 1 h,3 h and 6 h respectively.The time difference of placing blood samples was observed,and the influence on blood test results was analyzed.Results:The test results of blood samples placed for 1 h and 3 h showed that the influence on monocyte value was not significant,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The platelet count and lymphocyte value of blood samples placed for 3 h were significantly higher than those placed for 1 h,the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and neutrophil count were all lower than those placed for 1 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet count,lymphocytes and monocytes of blood samples placed for 6 h were higher than those placed for 3 h,while the white blood cell count,red blood cell count and neutrophil count were all lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count,red blood cell count and neutrophil count of blood samples placed for 6 h were lower than those placed for 1 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet count,lymphocytes and monocytes of blood samples placed for 6 h were higher than those placed for 1 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood test results are closely related to the placement time of blood samples,and the shorter placement time is associated with the smaller impact on the blood test results.Therefore,in the test,it is necessary to process the blood samples and shorten the placement time of blood samples in order to improve the accuracy of blood test.
