摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对耳鼻喉手术患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月滕州市中心人民医院收治的120例需手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予循证护理干预,分析两组患者并发症发生情况及生活质量指标。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用循证护理干预能够有效降低耳鼻喉患者术后并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,促进患者恢复,临床优势显著。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and quality of life of patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients who needed a surgery in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The complications and quality of life indexes of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery.It has significant clinical advantages.
