摘　　要：重视战略管理与人才培养是美军长期繁荣发展的重要保证,军事院校在其人才队伍建设中发挥了重要作用。本文在分析美军战略管理发展历程及运行流程基础上,从人才来源、培养模式和人事制度三个方面对美军战略管理人才队伍建设体系进行了详细阐述。然后以军事院校为研究对象,重点分析其为美军输送优秀战略管理人才的体系培养、课程建设及实践教学等主要经验做法。最后以强为鉴提出对我军事院校战略管理人才培养的几点启示。Paying attention to strategic management and talent training is an important guarantee for the long-term prosperity and development of the American military.The military academies have played an important role in the construction of their talent team.Based on the analysis of the development process and operation process of American strategic management,this paper expounds on the construction system of strategic management talent team in detail from three aspects:talent source,training mode and personnel system.Further,taking military academies as the research object,this paper focuses on its main experience and practices in the system training,curriculum construction and practical teaching of cultivating excellent strategic management talents for the American military.Lastly,this paper gives some enlightenment to the cultivation of strategic management talents in Chinese military academies.
