摘　　要：kisspeptin是KISS1基因的产物,它不仅能显著影响动物的繁殖,也参与调控动物机体代谢、初情期启动及整个妊娠过程.研究表明,子宫来源kisspeptin介导胚胎着床,合体滋养层来源kisspeptin调控早期胎盘形成.血中kisspeptin水平与异位妊娠、子痫前期、妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤等妊娠期相关疾病的发生关系密切,可作为妊娠疾病诊断的潜在生物学标志.妊娠早期,血浆或血清中kisspeptins(kisspeptin-10或kisspeptin-54)水平在区分确认流产方面显示出较高的准确性,是早期妊娠诊断流产的新方法.kisspeptin-GPR54参与哺乳动物妊娠的整个过程,在妊娠相关的生理事件或疾病发生中扮演重要角色.就kisspeptin-GPR54系统在调控胚胎着床、胎盘形成、妊娠相关疾病及流产进行较系统的归纳、总结,旨在全面了解kisspeptin-GPR54在哺乳动物妊娠中的作用,为进一步研究kisspeptin-GPR54调控妊娠的具体分子机制奠定理论基础.Kisspeptin is the product of the kiss1 gene.It can not only significantly affect the reproduction of animals,but also participate in the regulation of animal metabolism,the initiation of puberty and the entire pregnancy process.Many studies in recent years have shown that kisspeptin from the uterus mediates embryo implantation,while kisspeptin from syncytiotrophoblast mainly regulates the formation of early placenta.The blood kisspeptin level is closely related to the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy,preeclampsia,gestational trophoblastic tumor and other pregnancy-related diseases,and can be used as a potential biological marker for the diagnosis of these diseases.In the early pregnancy,the concentration of kisspeptin in human and animal serum increases significantly,becoming a new method for the diagnosis of miscarriage in early pregnancy.Kisspeptin-GPR54 participates in the entire process of mammalian pregnancy and plays an important role in the occurrence of pregnancy-related physiological events or diseases.This article systematically summarizes kisspeptin-GPR54 in regulating embryo implantation,placenta formation,early pregnancy-related diseases,and miscarriage,and aims to fully understand the role of kisspeptin-GPR54 in mammalian pregnancy.Moreover,the study lays the theoretical foundation for further researches on specific molecular mechanism of kisspeptin-GPR54 on regulating pregnancy.
