补肾通络丸联合八段锦治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾通络丸配合八段锦练功治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊为膝骨性关节炎的患者64例,按随机数表法分为两组各32例。对照组予补肾通络丸治疗,治疗组予补肾通络丸联合八段锦练功辅助治疗,两组治疗4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分和WOMAC评分均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),治疗组各评分改善程度优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:补肾通络丸联合八段锦疗法对膝骨性关节炎患者的疼痛和活动受限有显著的改善作用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tongluo pill and eight-sectioned exercise on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:64 cases of selected patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups by random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Bushen Tongluo pill,while the treatment group was treated with oral Bushen Tongluo pill and by eight-sectioned exercise for auxiliary treatment.For two groups,4 weeks were taken as a course of treatment.Visual analog scale(VAS)and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scale and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.75%in the treatment group and 75.00%in the control group;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,VAS score and WOMAC score were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the degree of improvement of each score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tongluo pill and eight-sectioned exercise have a significant improving effect on pain and restricted activity of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
