摘　　要：以超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)粉末为原料,通过凝胶纺丝-超倍拉伸制备2种UHMWPE纤维(1^(#)、2^(#)试样),对纤维的力学性能、熔点和结晶度、表观形貌、单程形状记忆效应和双程形状记忆效应进行了表征。结果表明:1^(#)、2^(#)试样的第三级热拉伸温度分别为138,120℃(其他工艺条件相同),2^(#)试样的综合性能优于1^(#)试样,2^(#)试样的的直径为42μm,熔点为143.0℃,结晶度为70.1%,断裂强度为7.81 cN/dtex,模量为65.32 cN/dtex;UHMWPE纤维具有优异的单程形状记忆效应和良好的双程形状记忆效应,1^(#)试样单程形状记忆效应的形状固定率(R_(f))和形状回复率(R_(r))分别为99.2%和83.1%、双程形状记忆效应的平均可逆应变为20.84%,2^(#)试样单程形状记忆效应的R_(f)和R_(r)分别为99.0%和99.3%、双程形状记忆效应的平均可逆应变为39.77%;超倍拉伸过程中第三级拉伸温度选择120℃较138℃更合适。Ultra-high relative molecular mass polyethylene(UHMWPE)powder was used as raw material to prepare two kinds of UHMWPE fibers(samples 1^(#)and 2^(#))by gel spinning-super-drawing method.The mechanical properties,melting point and crystallinity,apparent morphology,one-way shape memory effect and two-way shape memory effect of the fiber were characterized.The results showed that the third-stage hot drawing temperatures were 138 and 120℃,respectively,for samples 1^(#) and 2^(#),and the other process conditions were the same;the comprehensive performance of sample 2^(#) was better than that of sample 1^(#),and sample 2^(#) had the diameter of 42μm,melting point 143.0℃,crystallinity 70.1%,breaking strength 7.81 cN/dtex and modulus 65.32 cN/dtex;UHMWPE fiber had excellent one-way shape memory effect and good two-way shape memory effect,and sample 1^(#) had the shape fixation rate(R_(f)) and shape recovery rate(R_(r))of one-way shape memory effect up to 99.2%and 83.1%,respectively,and the average reversible strain of two-way shape memory effect up to 20.84%,while sample 2^(#)had the R_(f) and R_(r) of one-way shape memory effect up to 99.0%and 99.3%,respectively,and the average reversible strain of two-way shape memory effect up to 39.77%;and the the third-stage drawing temperature should be controlled as 120℃preferable to 138℃in the super-drawing process.
