摘  要:以废旧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的解聚产物对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)对钠基蒙脱土(NaMMT)进行化学修饰,制得BHET化学修饰NaMMT(BKMMT),再通过BHET与BKMMT原位聚合、熔融纺丝制得BKMMT改性再生PET(BKMMT/RPET)纤维,研究了BKMMT/RPET纤维的形貌结构、力学性能及染色性能。结果表明:经过BHET化学修饰的BKMMT能够更均匀地分散在再生PET基体中,层间距远超4~5 nm;与常规PET及再生PET纤维相比,原位聚合所制备的BKMMT/RPET纤维具有更低的玻璃化转变温度、熔点和更优的力学性能,当BKMMT质量分数为0.5%时,纤维的力学性能最好,断裂伸长率为23.5%,断裂强度为4.73 cN/dtex;BKMMT/RPET纤维的染色性能明显好于再生PET纤维和常规PET纤维,上染率达到99.85%,且染色深度更深。Sodium montmorillonite(NaMMT)was chemically modified with bishydroxyethyl terephthalate(BHET),a depolymerized product of waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET),to prepare BHET chemically modified NaMMT(BKMMT).And then BKMMT modified regenerated PET(BKMMT/RPET)fiber was prepared by melt spinning process subsequent to in-situ polymerization of BHET and BKMMT.The morphological structure,mechanical properties and dyeing properties of BKMMT/RPET fiber were studied.The results showed that BKMMT chemically modified with BHET can be more evenly dispersed in regenerated PET matrix with the interlayer spacing far more than 4-5 nm;compared with conventional PET and regenerated PET fiber,BKMMT/RPET fiber prepared by in-situ polymerization had lower glass transition temperature,melting point and better mechanical properties;the mechanical properties of the fiber were optimized,such as the elongation at break of 23.5%and the breaking strength of 4.73 cN/dtex,when the mass fraction of BKMMT was 0.5%;and the dyeing property of BKMMT/RPET fiber was obviously better than those of regenerated PET and conventional PET fiber,the dye uptake reached 99.85%and the dyeing depth was deeper.
