摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)与对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET)进行酯交换反应、缩聚反应,制备PEG改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共聚酯(PEG-PET);通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析研究PEG含量对共聚酯结构的影响,计算PEG在共聚酯分子链上的转化率;并分析反应体系中BHET的竞聚率,计算共聚酯中不同结构单元的序列长度。结果表明:PEG-PET共聚酯中PEG含量与PEG理论加入量接近,共聚酯中的PEG转化率均在91.8%以上;共聚酯大分子以柔性链段PEG为中间段、BHET硬段封端;BHET的竞聚率为1.10,BHET同种单体均聚、与PEG单体酯交换共聚的难易程度差异不大;随着PEG含量的增加,共聚酯中BHET结构单元的序列长度降低,PEG醚键结构单元的序列长度增加。Polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ethylene terephthalate(BHET) were used for transesterification and polycondensation to prepare PEG modified polyethylene terephthalate(PET) copolymer(PEG-PET). The effect of PEG content on the structure of copolyester was studied by infrared spectrometry and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance, and the conversion of PEG on the molecular chain of copolyester was calculated. The reactivity rate of BHET in the reaction system was analyzed, and the sequence length of different structural units in copolyester was calculated. The results showed that the PEG content in PEG-PET copolyester was close to the theoretical addition of PEG, and the PEG conversion rate in the copolyester was higher than 91.8%;copolyester macromolecule took flexible PEG segment as middle segment and hard BHET segment as terminal segment;the reactivity rate of BHET was 1.10, and there was little difference in the difficulty between BHET homopolymerization with the same monomer and transesterification copolymerization with PEG monomer;and the sequence length of BHET structural unitd ecreased in copolyester and the sequence length of PEG ether bond structural unit increased with the increase of PEG content.
