摘 要:先制备尼龙66盐、尼龙1212盐,然后将两种盐进行缩聚反应制得共聚尼龙66/1212,研究了共聚尼龙66/1212的晶体结构、结晶形态、等温结晶动力学行为。结果表明:共聚尼龙66/1212为α晶型,在等温结晶过程中并没有发生晶型转变;共聚尼龙66/1212在结晶过程中形成了直径为50μm的球晶;与尼龙66和尼龙1212相比,共聚尼龙66/1212的结晶速率最慢,其结晶活化能为-37.0 kJ/mol。Nylon 66 salt and nylon 1212 salt were prepared to produce nylon 66/1212 copolymer by polycondensation of the two salts. The crystal structure, crystalline morphology and isothermal crystallization kinetics of nylon 66/1212 copolymer were studied. The results showed that nylon 66/1212 copolymer was in α crystal form and no crystal transformation occurred during isothermal crystallization process;spherulites with a diameter of 50 μm formed during the isothermal crystallization process of nylon 66/1212 copolymer;and compared with nylon 66 and nylon 1212, nylon 66/1212 copolymer had the lowest crystallization rate, and its crystallization activation energy was-37.0 kJ/mol.
